BREAKING: Embattled Minnesota town embroiled in child sex trafficking cover-up scandal now accepting public comments

Elected leaders and department heads in East Grand Forks, Minnesota are now accepting the public’s input on the burgeoning scandal surrounding allegations the local police and city attorney did not report to the FBI, their direct knowledge of child pornography that was created of a five year-old girl from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

Court records filed in Polk County, Minnesota show EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad committed perjury to hide his knowledge that rape porn had been made of a missing child by a group that was working with Florida DCF to steal babies and the sell them. The evidence against Galstad includes a statement from Andrew Evan, superintendent, Minnesota BCA, that flatly negates Galstad's claims to be working with the Minnesota crime lab in a case being brought against local journalist ad FBI witness Timothy Holmseth.
In August of 2018 EGF City Administrator David Murphy reacted to allegations made by Holmseth during an interview with the Bismarck Tribune. “Mr. Holmseth, in my opinion, wastes a lot of the city’s time and energy in sending in Freedom of Information requests and calls,” Murphy said, adding Holmseth uses a lot of the city’s records to support “baseless accusations” against city officials and police.
“Quite frankly, I find it disgusting because these are hard-working state officers,” Murphy said. “To have someone baselessly accusing them of being child sex traffickers is sick.”
That same month, EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad requested the court order Holmseth be psychologcally examined because Galstad questioned Holmseth's mental competancy. In September, 2018 Dr. Charles Chmiekewsi, Ph.D., L.P. reported to the court there was absolutely nothing wrong with Holmseth whatsoever.
And now it seeks things have changed.

GENERAL SCRIPT: Timothy Charles Holmseth submitted audio recordings to the Polk County Court in Minnesota that demonstrated child pornography of a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings had been created and distributed. Those audio recordings were entered into the Polk County court file and described by Honorable Tamara Yon as “significant evidence” when she GRANTED Holmseth’s motion. Those public record court files were contained in a folder Timothy Holmseth allegedly published on the Web in February of 2018. The police in East Grand Forks arrested Timothy Holmseth based upon his allegedly publishing those records which violates the BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA court order – those files are held in evidence against Timothy.
